I am a senior regulatory analyst in SED Wildfire Safety Enforcement. I will be your facilitator today. This will be day two of the public briefings on the preparation for the twenty twenty two wildfire in PSTST. The utility will present updates on the status of preparation efforts in coordination with public safety partners, critical infrastructure and facilities, and customers, including those most vulnerable or with accessing functional needs. All three utilities will present on efforts to mitigate customer impacts and will identify changes to processes or operations in 2022 based on lessons learned.
These meetings will be recorded, and the commissioners, even if some are absent from portions of the briefings, will be reviewing the recordings. Reviewing your agenda, we will start with opening remarks from the dais. You will hear opening remarks from the attending CPUC commissioners. Additionally, we have chief Berlant from CAL FIRE, Caroline Thomas Jacobs from energy safety, and Ed Westfall from CAL OES. Our first presentation will be held by PG and E.
Our second presentation of the briefings will be held by Pacific Corp. Our third and last presentation of the briefings will be held by Liberty Utilities. PG and E will be allotted in an hour and this will account for questions asked by our panel. Liberty and Pacific Court will be allotted forty five minutes and this will also account for questions asked by our panel as well. We will then open up the phone line and allow for public comment after all the utilities have presented.
