morning, everyone. Welcome to twenty twenty four postseason and preseason public briefings on utility public safety power shutoffs, also known as TSTS. Today is the first day of the two day workshop. My name is Sandy Chang, Senior Regulatory Analyst in Wildfire Safety Enforcement Branch in Safety and Enforcement Division. Joining with me are Mr.
Anthony Ngo, Program Manager and Mr. Ronald DeMail, Program and Project Supervisor. First, I would like to thank everyone for being present in person. Thank President Reynolds, commissioners and the representative from our sister agencies, CAOFIRE and OEIS to join us in person. This is our fifth annual postseason and preseason TSPS workshop.
