Thank you. Good morning. On behalf of the team, I would like to welcome you to this year's California Advanced Services Fund or CASF workshop. My name is Selena Huang and I'm the program manager for the communications divisions, broadband, video and market branch. Thank you for being with us today.
We are holding this workshop to facilitate collaboration on strategies to which our broadband access goes. I'm excited to be here today with Commissioner Hau, Director Alice, our other colleagues, grantees and stakeholders as we work together to bridge the digital divide. Here are some logistics for today's workshop. The workshop is being recorded and is available by video over admin monitor or via audio using the Verizon call in number, which is 5017. After the final panel, there will be a q and a session, you may participate either by calling in to the Verizon call in number or via email.
