The summary of the decision taken during the SANT coordinators' meeting on 14th of July was circulated by the secretariat on 16th of July. Dear colleagues, we start today's meeting with the adoption of budget amendments of the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2027. We have information about replacing. Mrs. Jerković will be replaced by Tonino Picula. Before proceeding with the vote, I give the floor to the rapporteur, Michalis Hadjipantela, for a one-minute statement, please.

I would like to thank all the colleagues for the cooperation. We have shown as a European Union that we are united in health issues, and we want to give the signal to the whole of Europe that health is a priority for the European Union. And us, as members of the SANT Committee, will be fighting to increase the budget for European Union health for the next years. Thank you.
