Committee House of Commons

Speaker 4
Order, order. Can I welcome our first panel today on this evidence session that we're doing on our inquiry on the impact of serious and organised crime on local neighbourhoods with a focus today on rural crime, which as an MP representing a rural constituency I'm very interested in, as you can imagine. We've had some really interesting evidence sessions so far and really learned about the way that organised criminality is invading the high street and the way that the high street is being used to allow for a multitude of criminal activity behind blocked out windows and behind counters etc. So it's been very interesting, but really keen to hear about impact on rural crime. I'm going to let the first group set of panelists introduce themselves and then we'll go into questions.
