Thank you very much. So, I'm currently Deputy Director of Research at the Nuffield Trust, which is a health policy think tank, and we aim to improve health and care through bringing evidence to debates. By training, I'm a quantitative researcher and worked previously for many years in the NHS as an analyst and with informatics teams.
