Our discussion will be broadcast live to the public. Let me remind you that in addition to the speaker, anyone else in the room may appear on the screens during public session. Thank you.

Thank you, David. Now, I want to welcome those who are joining us for the adoption of legislative A items, which are set out in document 14364/26. The results of the vote will be displayed on television screens in this room, on the internet, and on the video streaming page of the Council. Any statements will be included in the minutes of the meeting.

We will now adopt the revision of the directive on carcinogens, mutagens and reprotoxic substances at work. This revision reflects scientific and technical progress by updating the occupational exposure limits and extending the scope of the directive to improve workers' protection against exposure to such substances. The Council should now be able to approve the European Parliament's position as set out in document PE-CONS 54/26. The results of the vote are now displayed. Accordingly, I note that the required qualified majority has been reached and the act is adopted.

We are now going to move on to confirm that the Council cannot approve all the amendments to the Council's position on the draft budget for 2027 should they be adopted by the European Parliament on the 21st of October next, and consequently approve the letter to the European Parliament to that effect.
