Good evening everyone and thank you for joining us for this third press conference following the IGCs we've been having today. I think we have perfected the entrance and the and our setup. So, we are going to close this very busy day with the press conference following the accession conference with Moldova. We are joined on the podium by Deputy Minister Marilena Rauna, by Commissioner Marta Kos, and by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu. I will first give the floor to Minister Rauna.

Thank you very much, Maria. Today is such a momentous day for Moldova, and it is a momentous day also for the whole of the European Union, for Europe. The opening of cluster one, the fundamentals, in the accession negotiations marks a significant milestone in Moldova's European journey, and I would like to warmly congratulate you.
It is a moment that carries both political significance and also a powerful human dimension because behind every reform, every legislative change and every benchmark that has been met, stand with determination, hard work and the aspirations of the Moldovan people. When I visited Moldova before the start of the presidency, I was very warmly hosted by my good friend Cristina Gherasimov.
